Introducing Wine, Beer, & Spirit Tastings

Have you ever wanted to get an in depth education on your favorite spirits, wine or beer? Leave it to Trevor’s best and brightest to guide you through a personalized tasting class. Our team will curate your experience that will cover a wide range of styles and flavors that will entice, challenge and expand your palate.

We will take you through up to 6 samples in the style of your choosing. We’ll provide everything needed. All you need to do is savor the flavors and enjoy. We’ll answer your questions, comments and curiosities of your favorite libations while providing history, context to other brands and tasting techniques. It’s perfectly safe, educational, and fun. We allow enough time to dive deep into questions and product details while keeping it concise. Tastings are booked for 90 minutes: 60 minutes allotted for the guided tasting, 30 minutes for closing questions and personal shopping with your curator. At this time, tastings are limited to a minimum of 2 and up to 6 people.

Frequently asked questions about tasting events


  • What kind of tasting are you offering?

    We offer a variety of tastings including Bourbon, Scotch, Tequila, Wine, Champagne, Beer, and Custom Curated Tastings. Each category has Beginner and Intermediate levels, with a special category for Bourbon Allocated.

  • How far in advance do I need to book a tasting?

    Please send your tasting requests at least 10 days in advance. Reservations are granted based on availability.

  • What locations are you hosting the tasting?

    Tastings can be booked at our McDowell, Mayo, and Arcadia locations. We also offer Private In-Home tastings.

  • Can you do a tasting off premises?

    Yes, we offer Private In-Home tastings as an option.

  • How many people can attend the tasting?

    Our tastings are limited to a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people.

  • How much are the tastings?

    Tasting fees vary depending on the type and level. They start at $125 and go up, with a 25% Automatic Gratuity Minimum. See the form on this page for the most current pricing. Please note, this fee does not include Sales Tax. Additional charges may apply for special requests and additional offerings.

  • Can I make additional reservations after the tasting?

    Yes, you can make additional reservations such as Golf Bay, Arcade, or Restaurant reservations, and Cigar Lounge reservations.

  • Are there any food options during the tasting?

    Yes, you can add a Charcuterie Board to your tasting experience.

  • Are there any other taxes or fees for the tasting?

    A 25% Automatic Gratuity Minimum is added to the tasting fee, which does not include Sales Tax. Additional charges may apply for special requests and additional offerings.

  • Do you require a deposit for the tasting?

    Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to complete the reservation.

  • Can I give a tasting as a gift?

    Certainly! Tastings make for a unique and enjoyable gift. Just ensure you provide the necessary details when making the reservation.
